Our journey began during a time of profound loss, after the passing of our beloved sister, followed by the loss of both of our grandparents within a short period. Through this hardship, we found strength, comfort, and renewed purpose in caring for others. It became clear to us that our family’s values of love, respect, and support could make a real difference in the lives of families facing their challenges.

With over eight years of experience in management roles at three different Fortune 500 companies, Manuel brings a wealth of expertise in people management, problem-solving, and strategic follow-up. Melissa Martinez holds a degree in business from the University of Texas at El Paso and brings over 14 years of extensive experience in the home health industry.
